Processing Time

Most of our 3D printed products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Larger or custom items may require additional time. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Typical delivery times (after production):

Canada: 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every 3D printed item, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@c3dbprints.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
